Gateway Customer Service Desk is located in the side mall next to TerryWhite Chemmart. Our friendly Customer Service team can assist you with any of the following services to make your shopping experience enjoyable:

Wheelchairs are available for hire at the Customer Service Desk. There is no charge for use of the wheelchairs, however, you will be required to show your driver’s licence and they are provided on a first come first served basis.
Wheelchair friendly male and female disabled restrooms are located behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds The Jewellers.

Parents Rooms are provided behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds The Jewellers. Complimentary facilities for parents to use include a microwave, TV and play space, change table, curtained feeding area and a private toilet.
Disabled parking bays are available in close proximity to the mall entrances for those displaying valid Disability Parking Permits.
Bus timetables are available from the Customer Service Desk or by visiting www.nt.gov.au.
Customer Service keeps a record of all property reported missing or handed to the desk. If you would like to inquire about the lost property, please visit the Gateway Customer Service Desk. We encourage you to also contact the major stores (BIG W, Woolworths) who also record lost property.
