The Gateway Customer Service team can assist you with any of the following services to make your shopping experience enjoyable:

For all the above needs or any further enquiries, please:
- Visit Centre Management, located near the Food Court on weekdays from 9am – 5pm, or
- Speak to our friendly Customer Service team located throughout the centre every day.
Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Customer Service team. There is no charge for use of the wheelchairs, however, you will be required to show your driver’s licence and they are provided on a first come first served basis.
Wheelchair friendly male and female disabled restrooms are located behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds The Jewellers.

Parents Rooms are provided behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds The Jewellers. Complimentary facilities for parents to use include a microwave, TV, change table, curtained feeding area and a private toilet.
Disabled parking bays are available in close proximity to the mall entrances for those displaying valid Disability Parking Permits.
Bus timetables are available from the Customer Service team or by visiting www.nt.gov.au.
Gateway keeps a record of all property reported missing or handed in to the centre. If you would like to inquire about the lost property, please see the Customer Service team. We encourage you to also contact the major stores (BIG W, Woolworths) who also record lost property.
