Centre Services & Amenities
Lost & Found
Gateway keeps a record of all property reported missing or handed in to the centre. To enquire about the lost property, please seek assistance from the Centre Management Office.
Wheelchair
Wheelchairs are available from the Centre Management Office. There is no charge for use of the wheelchairs, however, you will be required to show your driver’s licence and they are provided on a first come first served basis.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible male and female restrooms are located behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds.
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking bays are available in close proximity to the centre entrances for those displaying valid Disability Parking Permits.
Parents Room
Parents Rooms are located behind the Food Court and at the end of the corridor, opposite Prouds. Complimentary facilities for parents to use include a microwave, TV, change table, curtained feeding area and private toilet.
Parents with Pram Parking
Parents with Pram Parking is located near The Coffee Club entrance in the open-air car park and near the travelator/lift in the undercover car park.
Gateway Gift Cards
The Gateway Gift Card is available to purchase from the Centre Management Office. They are the perfect gift. The Centre Management Office is open from 9am–5pm weekdays.
Gateway Gift Cards can be used at any participating store in Gateway where EFTPOS is available.
