Opening 10 September at Gateway, this new dining experience brings the whole world to diners’ plates every Wednesday to Sunday evening.
Guests can explore a World Seafood Bar piled high with oysters, prawns, mud crab, and more, while chefs at the Live Laksa Noodle Bar build fresh bowls to order.
The Carving Station features slow-cooked beef, pork, and lamb carved to perfection, complemented by a rotating selection of Seasonal International Specialties from around the world. The evening concludes at the Dessert Corner, where DIY soft serve meets a flowing chocolate fountain and more indulgent treats.
