Where can I purchase a Gateway Gift Card?
Gateway Gift Cards can be purchased from Gateway Centre Management Office, located near Adventure Land/Happy Garden in the Food Court and is open from 9am-5pm on weekdays.
Are there any fees associated with the Gateway Gift Card?
Please note that a $2.50 administration fee applies upon issue of each Gateway Gift Card. For example, if you purchase a Gift Card to the value of $50, the total cost will be $52.50.
The minimum load is $5.00 and the maximum load is $4,999.00 per Gateway Gift Card.
Gateway Gift Cards are non-reloadable i.e. purchased Gateway Gift Cards cannot be topped up with more funds.
Funds may take up to 48 hours to be activated on your Gateway Gift Card.
What payments methods are accepted?
EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay. Strictly no cash will be accepted.
Where can Gateway Gift Cards be used?
The Gateway Gift Card can be used at any participating store in Gateway where EFTPOS is available.
How do I use the Gateway Gift Card?
When making your purchase in-store at Gateway, at the EFTPOS terminal, swipe the Gateway Gift Card and select ‘Savings’. Enter the PIN number on the back of the Gift Card and press ‘OK’.
Please be aware of the Gateway Gift Card’s remaining balance before making a purchase. If the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with an additional payment method.
How long is the Gateway Gift Card valid for?
The Gateway Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
How can I check the balance on my Gateway Gift Card?
Check your Gateway Gift Card balance and transaction history by visiting www.egivv.com or calling Customer Support on 1300 764 721.
How to replace a damaged/lost/stolen Gateway Gift Card?
Damaged Gateway Gift cards can be replaced at no cost. Simply contact Customer Support on 1300 764 721 or email email@example.com. Damaged cards including but not limited to;
- Magnetic strip scratched or not readable.
- Card ID or pin number not printed on the gift card.
For lost or stolen Gateway Gift Cards, you will need to provide proof of purchase in order the have the lost or stolen gift card replaced. There is a $10 replacement fee. Please contact Customer Support on 1300 764 721 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
